ORDERS

1. Once your order has been confirmed, amendment of order including exchange of size, colour, quantity etc is strictly prohibited after your order is confirmed due to rapid order process from our warehouse in order to ship the parcels at the earliest.
2. Customer service is not permitted to amend your order in any manner due to security and regulatory reasons.
3. If the item purchased is out of stock or an order is cancelled, refund will be reimbursed in terms of credit/voucher with a 30 days validity. Cash refund is not offered in this event.

DELIVERY

1. All orders made are processed and dispatched from the warehouse within 1-3 working days after verification of payment. Please note that delivery is put into operation on working days only, Monday through Friday.
2. Dreamtale is not able to amend nor combine orders which were made separately after order is placed. You are advised to double check and review the details before placing your order.
3. Once your order has been dispatched, the products purchased are under the responsibility of our third party courier service provider. We are not liable on any lost or damages that may occur during the delivery process.

General
The content of terms and conditions may be change, move or delete at any time. Please note that Dreamtale have the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, Dreamtale will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or Dreamtale. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, Dreamtale may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
